Sarajevo: Minor Arrested for Robbing an American

Last night (April 20) at 11:30 PM, police officers of the First Police Station arrested a minor, O.S., born in 1999 in Sarajevo, where he resides, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of robbery, the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton announced, as reported by the Patria news agency.

Together with O.Đ., who was also arrested, on Monday, April 18, around 10:20 PM at Alija Izetbegović Square, municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo, he committed the said criminal offense to the detriment of W.J.B. from the USA.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed of the above, and the minor O.S. was handed over to the Department for Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton. Police officers continue to work on clarifying and documenting the criminal activities of the said person, the statement reads.
