Last night around 5:25 PM, the Sarajevo police arrested I.D., born in 1970 in Sarajevo, residing in London, a citizen of Great Britain, Patria reports.
Half an hour earlier, at the intersection of Skenderija and Čobanija streets in the Centar municipality, he damaged a traffic sign with the Opel Astra he was driving. He then left the scene, and the police found him in Mehmeda Spahe Street.
During the arrest, I.D. physically assaulted a police officer, as well as a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service of Sarajevo Canton.
The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo has been informed about the incident.
