Sarajevo: Two people wounded in shootings

This morning, firearms were used at two locations in Sarajevo, in which two people were injured, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria. 

One shooting occurred in Avde Sumbula Street, Centar municipality, around 6:30 a.m., in which a passerby, P.S. (75), was injured. The Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton confirmed that one person has been taken into custody in connection with this shooting.

The elderly man was treated at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo and kept for further treatment.

The other shooting occurred in the Ciglane neighborhood, Merhemića trg street, where a man was wounded and treated at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo.

The Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton is searching for the perpetrators of this shooting.
