Sarajevo: Sunday protests over Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Palestinian community in BiH will organize a peaceful rally in Sarajevo on Sunday in support of the Palestinian people and a protest against the US President's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, the association announced.

The rally will be held in Baščaršija in front of Sebilj at 12:45 PM.

Several other associations will join the Palestinian community in BiH at the rally.

US President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the Israeli capital in early December and announced the relocation of his country's embassy from Tel Aviv, which has drawn condemnation from most of the international community. Jerusalem is the third holiest city for Muslims, and they refuse to cede it to Jews.
