Sarajevo: SIPA arrested one person for drug, arms, and military equipment trafficking

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) members today arrested one person in the Sarajevo area as part of the "Kamen" operation, on suspicion of drug, arms, military equipment, and dual-use goods trafficking.

SIPA announced that the arrested person is suspected of organized crime related to unauthorized trafficking of drugs, arms, military equipment, and dual-use goods, and money laundering.

Following criminal processing and questioning, this person will be handed over to the further jurisdiction of the BiH Prosecutor's Office within the legal deadline.

The operation was carried out by order of the BiH Court and under the supervision of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA) of BiH.
