A serious traffic accident involving two cars occurred this morning around 8:15 in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Socijalno, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.
- On that occasion, one person was seriously injured - said the duty officer of the MUP KS.
The injured person was urgently transported to the Emergency Medicine Clinic of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo, where they will receive care.
Emergency medical teams, firefighting units, and police arrived at the scene. As stated by the fire brigade, a team was sent to the scene in case assistance was needed to extract the injured person from the vehicle.
Traffic was moving with difficulty.
