SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After the Federal Civil Protection Headquarters allowed persons over 65 to go out between 8 AM and 12 PM from Monday to Friday to collect pensions, do shopping in stores and pharmacies, crowds were recorded in front of banks in Sarajevo.
A portion of pensioners who receive their pensions through BH Pošta will receive their money at their home address, but they must have a mask, gloves, and a pen.
The Federal Civil Protection Headquarters emphasized that if they notice abuses of movement, not for real needs, they will introduce new measures as early as Wednesday.
Today, the presence of MUP KS members has also increased, monitoring the implementation of this measure.
Pensioners photographed by Patria's photojournalist today respected the measures and had protective equipment, masks, and gloves.
One of the pensioners felt unwell while waiting in line, and emergency services intervened and provided assistance to the pensioner.
