Sarajevo on the World Map: Sting Concert on March 19

(Patria) - One of today's biggest music stars, STING, will hold a concert for the first time in Sarajevo on March 19, 2022, at 8 PM in Zetra! The largest regional independent promoter, Avalon production, is bringing Sting with the My Songs Tour, which, after the concert of the Irish band “U2” in 1997, is the only arrival of a world A-list pop-rock artist in Sarajevo to date. Tickets, in limited quantities, will be on sale from Friday, November 12, starting at 9 AM via the kupikartu.ba service.

Sting is also bringing his complete production, sound, light, and video to Sarajevo, guaranteeing a complete world-class enjoyment at this concert!

“We are especially excited about this musical spectacle because after more than a hundred organized concerts in the past 15 years, featuring today's biggest music names in Skopje, Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Sofia, Bucharest, Sting's arrival is our first concert in Sarajevo!”, states Boban Milošeski from “Avalon” production.

All those who show proof of vaccination or having recovered from COVID-19 in the last six months will be able to attend the concert, and testing will be provided in front of the hall. For Sting's Sarajevo concert, audiences from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the entire region, will have the opportunity to buy tickets at the cheapest price on the entire European tour:

The concert will last two hours and will feature Sting's greatest hits (Every Breath You Take, Message In A Bottle, Englishman in New York, Fragile, Shape Of My Heart, Desert Rose), but will also be a promotion of the new album “The Bridge”, which is released on November 19 and has already been announced with the successful radio hit single “Rushing Water”. As a special guest, the concert will be opened by a 45-minute performance by Joe Sumner and his band.
