Sarajevo: Two men and a girl arrested for drug production and sale

On Monday around 1:30 PM, police officers from the Department for Combating Narcotic Drug Abuse of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS arrested M.M., born in 1959 in Sarajevo, where he resides, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, M.A., born in 1989 in Sarajevo, and V.A., born in 1989 in Cazin, residing in Sarajevo, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense under Article 238, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

During personal searches, as well as searches of apartments they use in the municipalities of Centar and Novi Grad Sarajevo, the following were found and seized:

- Approximately 50 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug heroin,

- Two vials with a liquid resembling the narcotic drug methadone,

- A certain amount of money likely originating from drug dealing,

- 3 mobile phones

- One pistol bullet and

- Drug repackaging paraphernalia.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed, and the individuals were handed over to the Department for Detaining Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton. Police officers are continuing their work to shed light on and document the criminal activities of the mentioned individuals.
