Sarajevo: Bomb thrown into the yard of a family home

(Patria) - In the area of the municipality of Stari Grad, an unknown explosive device was activated in the yard of a house on Harbina Street, causing damage to two residential buildings and one vehicle, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton announced.

"No one was injured, while damage occurred to the facade of two residential buildings and one passenger motor vehicle," it is stated.

The explosion occurred on Tuesday, and the police of the Stari Grad Police Administration were informed at 4:20 AM that an unknown person had activated an unknown explosive device on Harbina Street, in the municipality of Stari Grad, in the yard of a house.

The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed about the explosion, who qualified the event as the criminal offenses of causing general danger and damaging property.

An investigation was conducted by members of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, who continue to work on clarifying and documenting these criminal offenses.
