The 10th exhibition and sales fair of agriculture and food "Autumn in Visoko" was officially opened today at the Cultural and Sports Center "Mladost" in Visoko, reports the BH News Agency Patria (NAP).
More than 50 exhibitors from almost all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina are offering fruit and vegetable products, dairy products, bee products, medicinal herbs, cured meat products, handicrafts, and various decorative items.
The fair was officially opened by Amra Babić, Mayor of Visoko Municipality, and Bojan Bošnjak, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
The agricultural and food event in Visoko will last for three days, and in addition to the exhibition and sales part, organizers announce a large number of educational workshops and seminars for agricultural producers.
During the fair, a competition will also be held: the selection of the heaviest potato, carrot, pumpkin, and cabbage.
The organizer of the fair "Autumn in Visoko" is the Municipality of Visoko, and the sponsor is the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management, and Forestry of ZDK, reports NAP.
