Sabina Ćudić receives 'Women in Politics – Champion of the Year' award in Brussels

(Patria) - The President of the Main Board of Our Party, Sabina Ćudić, is the recipient of the "Women in Politics – Champion of the Year" award.

Ćudić received the recognition in Brussels. The award is presented by "ALDE – Alliance for her" in the organization of the ALDE party (Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe) and the European Parliament. The goal of the award is to empower and encourage liberal leaders in Europe.

"I am extremely honored by the award. At a time of growing far-right and extremism, it is more necessary than ever to recognize female leaders who resist these forces. It is especially important that this encouragement comes from ALDE, the third strongest political group in the European Parliament, but also from the European Parliament itself, which, like ALDE, stands behind this award. Of course, it is a special honor for me that the first award presented went to me and that it comes to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which must position itself in Brussels as a source of solutions, not problems. In my speech, I dedicated the award to the girls of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Europe who, despite obstacles, stubbornly and diligently do not give up," said Ćudić.
