The Mufti of the Islamic Community of Bosniaks of North America Begins Operations

(Patria) - The headquarters of the Mufti of the Islamic Community of Bosniaks of North America began operations in Washington a few days ago.

Members of the Riyaset of the Islamic Community in BiH, hafiz dr. Mensur Malkić, director of the Administration for Religious Affairs, and Mensur Karadža, director of the Administration for Legal and Administrative Affairs, were the first delegation to officially visit the Mufti of the Islamic Community of Bosniaks of North America, dr. Sabahudin Ćeman, in the new premises.

On this occasion, the directors conveyed greetings and congratulations from the reis-ul-ulema Husein-ef. Kavazović to Mufti Ćeman.

They also congratulated the mufti and members of the Islamic Community of Bosniaks of North America on the finalization of the project to purchase and adapt the Mufti's headquarters.



They presented the mufti with a suitable gift, wishing him even more successful work on the path of Islam, the preservation of the Community, and the well-being of Bosniaks in North America.

During the visit, members of the Riyaset will hold several meetings, attend a session of the Executive Board of the Islamic Community of Bosniaks of North America, and conduct a professional examination for imams, khatibs, and muallims within the Islamic Community of Bosniaks of North America.
