(Patria) - Russia is suffering "insane losses" in Ukraine, with around 65,000 soldiers in the last two months, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte claimed at the Munich Security Conference.
Rutte also says that Russia's oil revenue has fallen by a third and that it is rapidly depleting its state fund.
During yesterday's roundtable with journalists, Rutte said that NATO is strong enough and that Russia would not try to attack it at the moment.
- We will win every fight with Russia if it attacks us now, and we must ensure that this remains the case in two, four, six years - Rutte added.
