Russian Foreign Minister stated on Monday that he is concerned about North Korea's new series of missile system tests, contrary to UN resolutions, according to a Reuters report, Patria reports.
Moscow has called on all Asian countries to remain calm and refrain from any action that could lead to an escalation of tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
Such a move by North Korea would not be new if it were not for the testing precisely at a time when the new US President is talking with the Japanese Prime Minister who is on an official visit to the US, Sky News reports.
A month ago, Kim Jong-Un stated that his scientists are in the final stage of testing the launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile.
US President Donald Trump commented via Twitter:
- North Korea has confirmed with this that it is in the final stage of developing nuclear weapons with a range reaching some parts of the US. None of that!
