RUSSIA IS FULL, FASCISTS IN BIH ARE NUMEROUS Sattler Puts Electoral Law Back on the Table, and the Team Helps Secession of RS

(Patria) - After months of slumber, EU Delegation Head in BiH Johann Sattler seems to have finally woken up, arriving in Mostar to receive an award from the local HDZ and SDA Salem Marić for the successfully stolen elections by these parties.

The Head of the EU Delegation in BiH has not made public statements for a long time, instead hiding in the EU Delegation building, and remaining silent on everything that could be remained silent about.

Sattler remained silent on the fact that EU Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi agreed with Milorad Dodik on a special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, where conclusions were adopted that undermine the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and whose implementation leads this country into conflict. Sattler had nothing to add to this, so officials from the EU Delegation in BiH were forced to draft clumsy statements in which they tried to justify Varhelyi.

The Head of the EU Delegation, Johann Sattler, never clearly addressed Dodik's undermining of the state, nor the sanctions that the United States has intensified against Dodik, and Sattler certainly did not dare to express his stance on possible European Union sanctions.

If there were grounds for such sanctions, Sattler would surely have spoken out. However, as he is an integral part of the Orban-Putin coalition with extremely bad intentions towards BiH, Sattler logically remained silent. He will continue to remain silent.

Officially, through a statement, the Head of the EU Delegation did not utter a word, until today, about the marking of the unconstitutional Day of RS, only sharing the official EU stance on Twitter, but he personally did not speak about the accompanying fascist messages sent by Dodik and his regime, while almost the entire world condemns the unprecedented savagery.

Sattler was silent just as he was silent when HDZ BiH and Dragan Čović in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly supported Dodik's genocidal policy and opposed the law on the prohibition of genocide denial.

However, Sattler finally stirred from his slumber, and here is the Head of the EU Delegation in Mostar, on the eve of another visit by the US Special Envoy for Constitutional and Electoral Law Reform, Matthew Palmer, and the EU Envoy for the same issue, Angelina Eichhorst.

In Mostar today, Sattler said that the city is an example to everyone of what can be achieved if there is political will and cooperation with key partners, and that the EU and the US are the main partners of BiH, as he emphasized.

"What we are trying to do now is to do something similar in the area of reforming the electoral legislation and the Constitution of BiH," Sattler said in Mostar, stating that political will is precisely what is sorely lacking today to work for the benefit of BiH and its citizens.

Nevertheless, Sattler has long had the political will for changes to the electoral law, not the Constitution (which is why Sattler, contrary to the letter of the US Secretary of State and the rulings of the court in Strasbourg, places the electoral law first chronologically, and the Constitution second).

As we have written before, it has been expressed through months of consultations with HDZ and SBB leaders Dragan Čović and Fahrudin Radončić, regarding how and in what way to "sell" changes to the electoral law in Sarajevo that will satisfy all the appetites of HDZ BiH, and consequently the appetites of Russia, because only then would such solutions facilitate Milorad Dodik's secessionist position.

The Head of the EU Delegation in BiH went so far as to assure Matthew Palmer that the whole matter was settled and agreed upon, so when it turned out that the resistance of the pro-Bosnian public to the ethnic division of BiH through changes to the Electoral Law according to Sattler's vision was much tougher, then the Head of the EU Delegation had to explain the reasons for the failure to his American friends.

Despite this, it seems that Sattler is not giving up on finally proving his pro-Russian reputation once again by brokering a solution that would further deepen ethnic divisions in BiH.

Precisely at a time when this country is on the brink of conflict and when Milorad Dodik enters the BiH Armed Forces barracks in RS, welcomed with the war-mongering song "Marš na Drinu", it might be the most opportune moment to exert additional pressure on the pro-Bosnian forces. Because it doesn't matter that Bosnia and Herzegovina is threatened by secession and conflict, what matters, according to Sattler and others like him, is to achieve it peacefully. For example, by amending the Electoral Law according to Čović's wishes. And Russia is full, and fascists in Bosnia and Herzegovina are numerous.
