(Patria) - Moscow has not received any signals from Kyiv regarding its readiness for another round of negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said, TASS reported.
"We have not received any signals from Kyiv regarding its readiness to achieve significant progress in resolving the conflict," said this Russian diplomat.
Speaking about the conditions "for successful negotiations," Galuzin said that "(Volodymyr) Zelensky will have to order the Ukrainian armed forces to cease fire and withdraw troops from Donbas and Russian regions.".
"Then it will be possible to negotiate the specific parameters of a truly comprehensive, just, and lasting peace," he said. "This will be a challenging negotiation process, but we are ready for it."
Currently, active work is being done to resolve humanitarian issues, including the exchange of prisoners of war, repatriation of civilians, and reunification of families, primarily children and their parents, Galuzin said.
