(Patria) - Russian forces carried out a combined drone and missile attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv early Tuesday, causing power and water supply disruptions, the city mayor said, Reuters reported after midnight.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko, writing on Telegram, said the attack on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River had disrupted both power and water supply.
A non-residential building was hit, and one person was injured, he added.
Unofficial Telegram channels published photos of darkened high-rise residential buildings.
Tymur Tkachenko, head of the capital's military administration, said a storage area was damaged and several cars were set on fire.
