ATTACK ON CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER Minister of Justice of Republika Srpska testifying at the BiH Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - Minister of Justice of Republika Srpska Anton Kasipović arrived to testify as a witness at the BiH Prosecutor's Office, which has launched an investigation against officials from RS for attacking the constitutional order of BiH.

Kasipović previously stated that he would testify as a witness at the BiH Prosecutor's Office next week.

Kasipović told reporters that the prosecutor was most interested in the actions of the Government and the Ministry of Justice of RS regarding the decisions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS) from December 10, as well as the actions of the Government of RS in preparing for this session. He added that the Government of RS's stance on these conclusions was also of interest.

"Together with other members of the Government and the majority of MPs, I am participating in this process, and I think my position on it is recognizable and clear," Kasipović said in response to a question about whether this is an "attack on the constitutional order of BiH."

He also stated that his arrival, as well as the arrival of others at the BiH Prosecutor's Office, costs the budget.

"But, establishing the truth is more important than the costs," he concluded.

The investigation relates to a special session of the NSRS and conclusions on the transfer of state competencies to the entity level. Goran Selak, Mirko Šarović, Nenad Nešić, Branislav Borenović, and Nebojša Vukanović have also testified as witnesses, N1 reports.

Let us remind you that in the context of the "attack on the constitutional order" case, many politicians from the smaller BiH entity have been and will be questioned in recent days. At the same time, SIPA is carrying out activities and seizing documentation from political parties that participated in the special session of the NSRS.
