Rijaset of IZ in BiH helps the people of Gaza, a fundraising event tomorrow in all mosques

(Patria) - The Rijaset of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today's 13th regular session, while considering the current situation in Gaza, once again condemned all forms of terrorism and violence against innocent civilians and called for de-escalation of violence and the achievement of lasting and just peace between Palestine and Israel.

The Rijaset condemned the excessive and indiscriminate use of force and attacks on civilian infrastructure, schools, and hospitals.

The Islamic Community, in contact with international humanitarian organizations of the UN and others, will determine the ways in which humanitarian aid can be delivered to the citizens of Gaza as soon as possible.

Tomorrow, the message of the reis-ul-ulema Husein-ef. Kavazović regarding the events in Gaza will be read during the khutbah in all mosques of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After the fard prayer, a prayer for peace will be recited in all mosques.

The Rijaset of the Islamic Community in BiH will allocate urgent aid from the Fund for Humanitarian Crises to help the people of Gaza.

Also, it was decided that tomorrow, after the Jumu'ah prayer, a fundraising event (sergija) for the people of Gaza will be organized in all mosques, which will be delivered as soon as conditions allow.
