Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić invokes the BiH Constitution when speaking about the revision of the judgment at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

When he paraded members of the BiH Armed Forces in Banja Luka on January 9, celebrating the unconstitutional holiday of RS Day, the same Constitution was non-existent to him. Now he states that Bakir Izetbegović, as one third of the BiH Presidency, cannot make a decision on revision.

- One president cannot file a lawsuit on behalf of BiH. Whoever doesn't understand this doesn't understand that no one has the right to claim BiH in their own name. And that's what this is about. One third of the Presidency decides to file a lawsuit against another country. This is a clear violation of the Constitution. How someone will explain it is another matter. Some in BiH think they can do things in the name of BiH that belong to no one, Ivanić said.

He forgot that he, as one third of the supreme commander of the BiH Armed Forces, in order to prove to Milorad Dodik that he is not a traitor to the Serbian people, violated the Constitution and laws, and ordered the deployment of armed forces from the Kozara barracks in Banja Luka.

And Ivanić continues to defend the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina!? The very same ones he did not respect just over a month ago. The Constitutional Court of BiH and its decision were not relevant to Ivanić on January 9.

He says the lawsuit is a political issue, while the legal issue is the legitimacy of the bodies trying to bypass the regular procedure.

Isn't Ivanić precisely that one third of the collective head of state who bypassed procedures and, for political purposes, misused the army for a one-off occasion.

The revision of the judgment and what Ivanić did on January 9 cannot, of course, be compared in any segment when viewed more closely.

In the first case, it is something that is legally, and therefore constitutionally and legally, completely clean, while in the second case, it was a blatant example of violating the Constitution, laws, and the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Deputies from Republika Srpska are boycotting the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament due to the revision of the judgment. Threats of blockades and blackmail are being made.

What would have happened if, for example, deputies from parties from the Federation of BiH had decided to boycott the sessions of the State Parliament due to Ivanić's parading of the army on January 9, and the absence from work of all employees in state institutions of Serb nationality?

The President of RS, Milorad Dodik, also calls for respect for the Constitution and laws. The same Dodik who, contrary to the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, organized and conducted a referendum on January 9, the same Dodik who continuously calls RS a state and BiH a state community, the same Dodik who is giving 30 million dollars to lobbyists in the US to undermine the state of BiH.

Now that this state is seeking justice and rights for all victims of Milošević's bloody regime, regardless of their ethnicity, Ivanić and Dodik, as leaders of RS politics, are frantically calling on Izetbegović to respect the Constitution.

State deputies from RS see the entire situation as a constitutional crisis, because, they say, BiH institutions are acting unconstitutionally. The same deputies who voted in the unconstitutional referendum, who did not speak out about the unconstitutional parading of the army in Banja Luka, who attended all the celebrations marking the unconstitutional holiday of RS Day.

Political hypocrisy of politicians from RS in action, but on the most sensitive issue - justice for the victims! No one has the right to take that away from them, no matter who they are or what important position they hold.

The issue of revising the judgment is not Bakir Izetbegović's issue, but an issue of justice for the 200,000 killed, one million displaced... and all those who survived the war's hardships, crimes, genocides, and remained to live in this country.

The Chairman of the BiH Presidency, the President of RS, state deputies from RS... are the last ones who have the right to lecture the victims and blackmail them for seeking justice, and the last ones who have the right to talk about the BiH Constitution because they are the ones who violate it at every step.
