(Patria) - Judicial institutions of the Republic of Turkey have extradited suspect Serdarević Almir (1975) to Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is under investigation in a BiH Prosecutor's Office case with evidence from Sky and Anom applications.
This suspect had been unavailable to the BiH judiciary for a longer period and resided abroad, and a warrant was issued for him, after which, through the work of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and partner institutions, he was located and identified in the territory of the Republic of Turkey, when activities for his extradition to Bosnia and Herzegovina were initiated.
After the extradition and taking over of the suspect, a hearing was held at the BiH Court regarding the motion to impose custody, at which the prosecutor explained the motion for custody in detail.
Given that the case is in the investigation phase, the Prosecutor's Office cannot provide more details and information to the public at this time.
