Record Export of Klas's Jufka

Bosnia and Herzegovina's food industry Klas d.d. Sarajevo exported over 28 tons of jufka in January this year, achieving the best result since 1995 when Klas began industrial production of this indispensable ingredient of Bosnian cuisine. The largest export of jufka was realized in the markets of Switzerland, Austria and Germany, reports the Patria news agency. 

-Jufka is among our best-selling products on foreign markets. Klas delivers pasteurized jufka to countries in the region, the European Union and the United States of America. In the past month, we exported nearly 60,000 pieces of jufka. We have special technology and knowledge that have enabled us to meet the highest criteria of food quality and safety, so Klas's jufka has entered many global retail chains. Our jufka is available in retail chains such as Germany's Real, Austria's Billa and Merkur, Switzerland's Otto's, as well as on amazon.com, globalimportexp.com, parthenonfoods.com, balkanbuy.com, etc.,” said Muamer Valjevčić, export manager at Klas d.d. Sarajevo on that occasion.

The top quality of Klas jufka is ensured by rich production knowledge and experience, as well as strict application of internationally recognized quality management standards, ISO, HACCP and Halal. Incidentally, the export value of Klas d.d. Sarajevo in January this year amounted to over 800,000 KM and was three times higher compared to the export value in the same month last year.
