Today, Catholics, Protestants and members of the Anglican Church around the world celebrate Easter. The celebration of Easter was preceded by several weeks of fasting. Holy masses will be held in churches, with the culmination being communion.
This holiday is celebrated with family around a traditional table. Children look forward to Easter the most because of the colourful eggs and egg tapping. In some parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, egg tapping competitions are traditionally held on Easter.
The editorial staff of the Patria news agency wishes all Catholics a happy Easter.
