SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After the US Department of the Treasury blacklisted Diana Kajmaković, the US Embassy in BiH also commented on Twitter.
They pointed out that Diana Kajmaković is the best example of why citizens' trust in the BiH judicial system's ability to tackle endemic corruption is at its lowest.
- It is time for the BiH judiciary to clean up its house. It cannot be effective when some of its officials represent the worst abuse of the system. There is no place for corrupt prosecutors in any judicial system, and we will continue to use the tools at our disposal to hold them accountable, they stated.
The future of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Euro-Atlantic community of nations requires this, concluded the US Embassy.
