DF Reaction: SNSD entered FBiH government thanks to SDA and HDZ BiH

The House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, at today's session, appointed Drago Puzigaća from SNSD as Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples. After months of delay, as well as today's two-hour delay in the start of the session, the agenda first included the proposal of the Club of Deputies of the Serb people to appoint Željko Mirković and Daliborka Milović to that position. These proposals did not receive a sufficient majority of votes from those present, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

After that, the vote proceeded to have Drago Puzigaća hold that position, who received the necessary majority from the Bosniak and Croat people's clubs.

The procedure was followed. However, the Democratic Front has been warning for months about what has practically happened today: with the election of Puzigaća to the position of Deputy Speaker, SNSD has entered the government at the Federation of BiH level "through the back door." Thus, the ruling SDA-SBB-HDZ coalition gained a new coalition partner.
