KS Ministry of Interior Reacts: Who is Trying to Hide Stanić's Criminal Activity by Removing Feroelektro Documentation?

Feroelektro workers called the KS Ministry of Interior to stop the removal of BFS company documentation from their office building in Sarajevo. This company was the last one supposed to vacate the "Feroelektro" building after the company was returned to the majority ownership of the Federation of BiH. The evacuation was announced for today.

However, Feroelektro workers noticed that bags with documentation bearing the name of Đoko Okuka, former executive director of Feroelektro, were being removed from the premises used by the "BFS" company.

The documentation was returned and sealed in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton and the competent Cantonal Prosecutor's Office. No one from BFS wanted to comment on the case. The workers said their director, Sanela Kozadra, is on vacation abroad. Feroelektro workers claim that the bags contain suspicious documentation, as Okuka was not supposed to be associated with the BFS company at that time.

- Đoko Okuka never worked for BFS, yet he was the executive director of Feroelektro d.d. until the termination. It is symptomatic that for a month he refused to hand over very important Feroelektro documentation that he had. This is very important documentation because he was the alpha and omega of Feroelektro and Stanić's companies. We have been expecting it for a month, he didn't even hand over the office key or the seals. Allegedly, he lost the seals. And then suddenly we see that documentation, and it becomes suspicious to us. We suspect that this is very important documentation for Feroelektro, which might even hide criminal activity - said Ediba Hamamdžić, a member of the Feroelektro Supervisory Board.

As Senad Smajić, director of Feroelektro, told Patria a few days ago, there is a danger that Goran Stanić will try to cause additional damage to this company through people loyal to him. He warned that the Stanić family used all possible means to annul the decision of the Municipal, and then the Cantonal Court, on the termination of the harmful sales contract with Stanić Invest.

The Supreme Court of FBiH had the final say, rejecting Stanić's request for a review of the verdicts. Feroelektro was registered as the property of FBiH, but only 18 months after the verdict.

Feroelektro's accounts are blocked, and numerous tenants do not pay rent. The Consulate of Croatia is also located in the Feroelektro building in the center of Sarajevo.
