Consideration of the FBiH Draft Budget in the House of Peoples before the House of Representatives is nonsense

The fact that the Draft Budget of FBiH for 2016 and the Draft Law on its Execution are being considered by the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament before the House of Representatives, DF Head of Club in the House of Representatives Dženan Đonlagić called it a complete economic nonsense.

Đonlagić stated for the BiH news agency Patria that such a practice is a complete economic nonsense and contrary to the logic of budget techniques or budget procedures applied in modern democratic parliamentary countries.

The House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH will today consider the Draft Budget of FBiH for 2016 and the Draft Law on its Execution.

According to the Government's proposal, which will be before the delegates of the House of Peoples today, the FBiH budget for 2016 amounts to 2,533,862,123 KM. This is 185,400,000 KM or 7.9 percent more than the budget in 2015. However, almost half of that budget, or 977,100,000 KM, will go towards repaying FBiH debts, writes NAP.
