The trio arrested last night after a shooting in the Sarajevo settlement of Marijin Dvor was handed over today to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo. After questioning, the prosecutor will decide whether to request pre-trial detention for Nermin Zulčić, M.A., and Č.A., writes the Patria News Agency.
Last night's shooting was preceded by an argument between M.A. and Zulčić, after which he shot Zulčić in the leg. Due to a swift police intervention, M.A. and Nermin Zulčić were arrested, as well as Č.A., who owns the pistol. They are charged with the criminal offense of causing general danger.
