Arson of Four Cars on Dobrinja Solved: Girl and Three Young Men Arrested

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Sarajevo police on Saturday deprived of liberty four persons who set fire to four motor vehicles on Friday around 15:45 in the parking lot between Emile Zole and Avde Ćuka streets on Dobrinja. 

At 15:00, person N.K., born in 1992 in Srebrenica, residing in Sarajevo, due to reasonable suspicion that she committed criminal acts under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serious Criminal Acts against General Safety of People and Property) in conjunction with the criminal act under Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Causing General Danger), and the criminal act under Article 32 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
(Incitement).

At 15:30, person M.H., born in 1992 in Sarajevo, where he also resides, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed criminal acts under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serious Criminal Acts against General Safety of People and
Property) in conjunction with the criminal act under Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Causing General Danger).

At 19:00, person H.M., born in 1993 in Srebrenica, residing in Sarajevo, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed criminal acts under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serious Criminal Acts against General Safety of People and Property) in conjunction with the criminal act under Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Causing General Danger).

At 21:00, person A.J., born in 1991 in Milići, residing in Sarajevo, due to reasonable suspicion that she committed criminal acts under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serious Criminal Acts against General Safety of People and Property) in conjunction with the criminal act under Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Causing General Danger).

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed, and the deprived persons were handed over to the premises of the Unit for Security of Facilities and Detention of Deprived Persons of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.

After criminal processing, they will be handed over on March 10, 2019, along with an official report on the committed criminal acts, to the competent Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton.
