Number of injured in strike on Israel increases

(Patria) - The number of injured in the Iranian cluster munition attack on central Israel has risen to six, the emergency service announced.



The emergency service states that a man in his forties was seriously injured in Tel Aviv. In Petah Tikva, five more people were injured, including a 25-year-old man in moderate condition and three people in good condition.

The police reported more than ten impact sites across central Israel, adding that the scattered locations suggest that the Iranian ballistic missile likely carried a cluster warhead.

The Israeli military announced that search and rescue soldiers have been dispatched to the impact sites and that the circumstances of the attack are being investigated.
