Former Russian Deputy Prime Minister wounded in Donetsk

(Patria) - Dmitry Rogozin, former Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and former CEO of Roscosmos, and now the leader of the military advisors team of Imperial Wolves in Donbas, was wounded in Donetsk as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, his assistant told the Russian agency TASS on Thursday.

"A hotel in the suburbs of Donetsk where the team of military advisors led by Dmitry Rogozin is accommodated was shelled. Dmitry sustained a back wound. He was transferred to the hospital. His life is not in danger," he said, adding that several other people were wounded.

"It was obviously a targeted attack. Experts tend to believe that the fire was opened from a Caesar 155 mm self-propelled artillery system manufactured by the French company Nexter," the assistant said.

Ukrainian troops opened fire on the Leninsky district of Donetsk on Wednesday evening. Two people were killed, several were wounded.
