Works on the Lepenica-Sarajevo highway section

(Patria - On sections in valleys and river flows in the eastern parts of BiH, we draw attention to occasionally reduced visibility due to morning fog. Vehicle traffic is lighter, and we ask drivers to travel only in necessary situations and to adhere to coronavirus protection measures. A complete ban on movement in the territory of BiH is in effect from 8 PM to 5 AM, according to BIHAMK.

In the areas of Herzegovina-Neretva and West Herzegovina Cantons, movement is prohibited for all citizens outside their place of residence.

On the A-1 highway section Lepenica-Sarajevo West, due to maintenance of the Gaj and Igman tunnels, traffic will be diverted to the opposite lane, operating in both directions, until Saturday (April 25) at 8 PM. Temporary traffic signals have been installed, and we appeal to drivers to drive at a significantly reduced speed on this section.

On the main roads Srbljani-Bosanska Krupa (Una Canyon) and Srebrenik-Orašje (Ormanica Tunnel), renovation works are underway, causing traffic to slow down and operate in one lane at the work site.

On the regional road Crna Rijeka-Mrkonjić Grad (Bjelajce), traffic has been suspended and diverted to alternative routes.

Due to asphalting works, traffic will be suspended on the regional road Bijele Vode-Šabići today and tomorrow from 8 AM to 3 PM.

On the main road Zenica-Nemila, through the Vranduk tunnel, traffic operates in both directions from 5 AM to 9 PM. From 9 PM to 12:30 AM, vehicles are allowed to pass alternately, while from 12:30 AM to 5 AM, traffic through the tunnel is suspended. During the suspension, vehicles up to 7.5 tons of total weight can use the detour through the settlement of Tetovo, and vehicles over 7.5 tons can use the alternative routes Doboj-Šićki Brod-Sarajevo and Žepče-Zavidovići-Olovo-Sarajevo.
