Radmanović: After NATO, RS could also change its stance on the EU

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Republika Srpska could change its stance on Bosnia and Herzegovina's membership in the European Union, as well as on NATO, but this will not happen in the foreseeable future, said Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and SNSD Vice-President Nebojša Radmanović in an interview with „Jedan“ on BHT1.

„It is what it is with NATO, and it is possible with the European Union as well. I don't think it will happen, but if the EU continues to behave like this, there will have to be certain changes. I will explain. Everyone from this region, which is one of the few things in BiH, wants to join the European Union. We are trying, even though we are slow, we are having a hard time fulfilling our obligations. They admitted those who are worse than us into the EU. They don't want us. We are patiently waiting, listening, working, begging them. I must say that when you look at what the European Union is doing, you don't see anything here, except that they come, have meetings, want us to listen to them, and they don't solve anything. They say: „you haven't fulfilled your obligations“, and that is true. We are very slow in this, and they are also to blame for the slowness,“ said Radmanović, reports NAP.

In the interview „Jedan“ with Nebojša Radmanović, we discussed the cooperation between SNSD and HDZ BiH, negotiations with SDA and SDS, the position of Serbs in the Federation, the role of the Office of the High Representative in BiH, Russian influence in the Balkans, and the Dragičević case.

The interview „Jedan“ is scheduled for tonight from 10:15 PM on BHT1.
