Trip to Kazakhstan along party lines and why first-team players were denied visas

(Paria) - The news that as many as six of our first-team players who were supposed to travel to Kazakhstan for a match did not get visas has caused a storm of public outcry in BiH. Later, two of them were eventually approved to travel, but the big dilemma remains why this happened at all.

The question was also raised by Marko Topić, a former national team player, during a television appearance.

When asked by journalists if it was the fault of the Football Federation of BiH that some players did not travel to today's extremely important match in Kazakhstan, Topić said he wished journalists would investigate the list of passengers who went on this trip.

"I don't know what to say, if 30 visas were requested, it would be easier, 66 people are traveling to the match, I don't know if we are Brazil, Spain, Germany to travel to a match with so many people?

Thirty, thirty-five people should be traveling, I don't know why another thirty people are traveling with the team, even though it's corona," asked the always honest Topić.

And indeed, this is a topic that deserves an answer. The fact that Topić is right and that he is raising this question for a valid reason and calling on journalists to investigate who these 66 people are who were on the passenger list for Kazakhstan is evidenced by a photo shared on his FB by Adis Misaljević from Cazin. Adis is the Deputy Chairman of the Cazin City Council, a member of the local A-sda/NES party, and in the photo, he is with the Vice-President of the Football Federation of BiH, Irfan Durić, who is also a member of the FBiH Parliament, previously accused of corruption and match-fixing, also a member of the A-sda/NES party.

When we know that besides them, Nermin Kljajić, the Minister of Internal Affairs of USK, also a member of the A-sda/NES party, is in the leadership of the federation, then the indignation of true athletes and fans of our Dragons regarding the current state of our national team and sport as a whole becomes clear.
