
(Patria) - A minor who, on Friday afternoon, drove a BMW without a driver's license in the Sarajevo settlement of Hrasno, and who, due to inappropriate driving, hit two girls, has been released from custody.
- There was no legal basis for his further detention - Alem Hamzić, spokesperson for the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, told Faktor.ba.
- On Friday, July 28, at 6:50 PM, a traffic accident occurred in Porodice Ribar street bb, municipality of Novo Sarajevo.
At that time, a BMW 520 passenger car, driven by a minor H.L. from Sarajevo, veered off the road to the right and then hit pedestrians K.S. and S.H. from Sarajevo on the sidewalk.
In this traffic accident, pedestrian K.S. sustained serious bodily injuries, a fracture of the left heel, which were confirmed at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS), after which the patient was referred to the Clinic for Orthopedics and Traumatology, where she was admitted for further treatment.
The other pedestrian, S.H., sustained minor bodily injuries. The injuries were confirmed at KCUS, where the patient was admitted to the Observation Department for monitoring - spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, Mersiha Novalić, said earlier.
