Shooting in Velika Kladuša, two people injured

(Patria) - A firearm was discharged in the area of Velika Kladuša this morning, resulting in injuries to two people, N1 has confirmed.

According to Adnan Beganović, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton (USK), the shooting occurred this morning shortly after 7:00 AM.

“Two people were injured in the shooting and are currently at the Cantonal Hospital in Bihać, where they are receiving medical attention and the extent of their injuries is being determined,” Beganović added.

He emphasized that the exact location of the shooting is not yet known, only that it occurred within the municipality of Velika Kladuša.

He also added that it is not yet known who fired the shots or what type of firearm was used, and that an investigation is underway, after which more information will be available.
