Shooting in England: Three dead, including the killer

British BBC reports that a shooting occurred near a swimming pool in Lincolnshire, killing three people. Among the dead is the armed attacker, police announced, reports the news agency Patria.

Witnesses told the Telegraph that they were nearby at the time of the incident and heard the shooting. As they report, several people told them they only heard three shots, which probably means it was just domestic violence, not terrorism. Allegedly, the killer was a man who first shot his wife and daughter, and then killed himself.

There are no indications of terrorism, police say.

"We can confirm that an incident occurred near the swimming pool in Spalding in which three people were shot, including the attacker," Lincolnshire Police announced.

"There are no indications that the incident is related to terrorism and police officers were not involved in the shooting. We urge citizens not to approach the crime scene," the statement said.
