Shooting in Berlin: Man from BiH killed, three injured

In Berlin, in the Wedding district, four people were shot on the street today. One man was killed, while three people were injured, writes the German Bild, reports the Patria News Agency.

It is not yet known why the men were attacked, and the victims are reportedly from Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the police report, the men were attacked as they were leaving a building and getting into a car. They sustained severe gunshot wounds. One was resuscitated, but unsuccessfully, and died from his injuries on the way to the hospital.

According to witnesses, the shooters fled in a BMW that arrived at the scene of the shooting, where five fire trucks and three ambulances soon arrived.

Police who conducted the investigation cordoned off the crime scene, interviewed witnesses, and took fingerprints. More than 100 acquaintances and family members gathered in front of the hospital where one of the injured was brought. The gathered people clashed in front of the hospital, and the police had to intervene.
