One person killed in Sarajevo's Dobrinja neighborhood

(Patria) - One person was killed in a shooting today in Sarajevo's Dobrinja neighborhood.

The shooting occurred in the afternoon hours in Omladinskih radnih brigada street.

Mersih Novalić, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Sarajevo Canton (KS), confirmed that the death of one person was confirmed at 4:30 PM. Members of the KS MUP and emergency medical services are at the scene of the shooting.

The portal Istraga reports that a man killed his partner, and took their child with him while fleeing the crime scene. Members of the Special Unit of the KS MUP are searching for the armed perpetrator.
