First time since ceasefire with the US: Iran attacked UAE with drones and missiles, Fujairah oil pipeline hit

(Patria) - The authorities of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced today that Iran attacked its territory with missiles.

According to information from Al Jazeera, the Fujairah oil pipeline was hit.

Initially, the UAE authorities announced that four missiles were launched from Iran, three of which were intercepted, while the fourth fell into the sea.

They added that air defense systems were activated, which is happening for the first time since the ceasefire between the US and Iran came into effect.

"The UAE Ministry of Defense confirms that the sounds heard in various parts of the country are the result of the interception of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones by the UAE air defense systems," the UAE Ministry of Defense stated.

However, Al Jazeera reported that an Iranian drone attack hit the Fujairah oil industry facility, causing a large fire.
