First sales exhibition of participants of the creative workshop "Decoupage"

In the local community "Džidžikovac-Koševo" during October and November this year, a creative workshop "Decoupage" was organized for all unemployed women from this local community, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The goal of the workshop was to educate and encourage participants in creative work, as well as to include them in the cultural and artistic life of the community, providing space and opportunity for citizens to become acquainted with accessible and simple techniques of artistic creation. During the workshop, participants created a large number of interesting items that interested parties could see at the first sales exhibition held in this local community on November 27.

According to Ismeta Mameledžija, secretary of the local community "Džidžikovac-Koševo", the exhibition attracted a large number of visitors.

- We are satisfied with the realization of the entire project because we have multiple benefits. The workshop participants learned new skills, and in addition, we exhibited and sold the items we made, and all the collected money will be used to buy sweets for the beneficiaries of the JU "Home for Children without Parental Care" Bjelave - Mameledžija emphasized.

In addition to interested citizens, the exhibition was attended by council members along with president Nevenka Škavo, as well as the president of the Commission for Local Communities and Cooperation with Municipalities and Cities Samir Fazlić. All interested parties will be able to see the items made by the participants in the coming period, on December 3 in MZ "Mejtaš-Bjelave", on December 7 in MZ "Bardakčije", and on December 10 in MZ "Koševsko Brdo". All planned exhibitions will be open from 5 PM.
