
The First Police Directorate was informed yesterday that at 15:55, a theft was in progress at the "Betanija" auto center, where two unknown individuals attempted to commit theft, but upon noticing an employee, they jumped out the window, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
- They fled in a passenger motor vehicle of the "Fiat Punto" make, without license plates, in the direction of the settlement of Šip. During a search of the mentioned settlement, in Abdurahmana Muharemije street, Centar Sarajevo municipality, the mentioned vehicle was found. Inside were S.A., born in 1975 in Sarajevo, and A.A., born in 1977 in Sarajevo, where they reside.
As S.A. complained of leg pain sustained while jumping out the window, he was transported to the Clinical Center University of Sarajevo for medical assistance, where doctors determined he had sustained severe bodily injuries, and he was admitted to the Orthopedics Clinic for further treatment.
At 16:05, A.A. was deprived of his liberty on grounds of suspicion of committing the criminal offense under Article 287 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Grand Theft), while S.A. will be deprived of his liberty after his treatment is completed. The Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed of the above, and police officers continue to work on clarifying and documenting the criminal activities of the mentioned individuals.
