Brothers Čampara's plan failed: All ministers in the FBiH Government are criminals, only Lukač is "honest"!?

Dragan Lukač was kicked out of SIPA by Milorad Dodik, and out of FUP by Nermin Nikšić. With this sentence, as always happens in such situations, a commissioned report on FTV's "Mreža" show began, from certain political kitchens.

Dragan Lukač, said the author of the report, was dismissed as a precaution so that he would not conclude or open investigations against current members of the Government or their party and interest associates in the next term. And they can boast of a list of suspicious activities.

Settling Scores with Dissenters

All 16 still current federal ministers and the prime minister are criminals, only Lukač is a fighter against crime, and that's why he wasn't appointed!?

This report on FTV could have been expected, as Patria had already announced that certain centers of power, where Aljoša Čampara, the closest associate of SDA Deputy President Bakir Izetbegović, and his brother, state prosecutor Dubravko Čampara, play the leading role, want to install Lukač at all costs in order to settle scores with political dissenters in the coming months.

The media have been writing about Lukač's malversations and his far from "bright" past for years.

It is an open secret that Lukač is an alcoholic, whose two official cars were stolen, and he crashed one himself. A reliable source from FUP told Patria that this institution orders "more alcohol than fuel."

Federal auditors determined, and SIPA duly documented, that the former director of FUP received compensation for separate living, and had a salary comparable to an assistant minister, despite being a leading police officer.

Also, as Patria has already written and published official documents from the PIO/MIO Fund, Lukač registered war service in his booklet when applying for the position of Deputy Director of SIPA in order to pass the competition, and then when he passed, he requested it to be deleted, so that he could continue to remain in the position of Director of FUP.

It is also an open secret that he allowed only Sead Selman, who is always with Lukač, both in the pub and at work, to be a member of the Independent Board for the Election of the Director of FUP and a member of the Supervisory Board of a company as a police officer.

Crashed Car

Immediately after being appointed director of FUP for the first time, Lukač rewarded Selman with the position of Head of the Forensics Department in FMUP. He stopped the disciplinary investigation against him when he crashed an official car while driving drunk.

The media wrote, and Lukač never denied, that he mistreated and beat Serb civilians in Orašje after the war, and took money to reveal the location of the body of the Martinović family's son from Domaljevac.

Lukač also expelled Dragan Vikić from FMUP, whose merits and professionalism are superfluous to mention. He degraded inspector Momčilo Tubić, Jozo Anđić, and numerous others who did not want to be his subordinates but to do their job professionally.

And finally, although a novel could be written about Lukač, since December 7, 2014, when his mandate as director of FUP expired, he illegally continued to use an official car, badge, and weapon.

And this very Lukač, the "flower," was allegedly, as stated in the FTV report, removed because he would have put all 17 federal ministers and the prime minister, who are "criminals," in prison.

Without delving into whether any of the ministers or the prime minister of the FBiH Government are indeed guilty, for which there is justice and police to determine, it is extremely absurd to claim that all are guilty and thieves, and only Lukač is honest.

Here is what FTV attributed to the ministers, without mentioning Lukač's numerous scandals even once, for which he should have been held accountable in court long ago. The commissioned report is only proof that the plans of the Čampara brothers have been significantly disrupted.

Hit List

Jerko Ivanković Lijanović – Import of frozen meat, tax evasion, malversations with the distribution of funds from the ministry he headed.

Milorad Bahilj – Tax evasion, if nothing else, he will admit everything. Just don't extradite him to Croatia, from which, as a Serb, he says he has a great fear, even greater than a prison cell.

Desnica Radivojević – has never explained his trip to Hamburg and the secret signing of a protocol on cooperation between the Government of the Federation and the newly founded Russian-German company Investment Group IFC IFM on investments in the construction of two thermal blocks in Tuzla and Kakanj and Corridor 5C.

Zoran Mikulić – indictment for abuse of office in the tender for electronic monitoring of convicts, at least two more investigations for obstruction of justice.

Predrag Kurteš – drunk driving and causing a traffic accident with an official vehicle and fleeing the scene were covered up, speaking out against Lukač is part of his efforts to secure the position of FBiH Vice President in the next term.

Erdal Trhulj – needs to avoid investigation for everything that happened in the past term, financial transactions within the defense industry and deals with Bakir Alispahić, and the disposal of funds from the Development Bank.

Zukan Helez – convicted of bar fights, an investigation into the legality of the conducted audit of veteran benefits and the conclusion of numerous unfounded work contracts through this ministry are pending.

Ante Krajina – overpayments, KM 800,000 for legal services, auditors found that some have been waiting for payments since 2009.

Enver Bijedić – investigation into receiving bribes while he was head of the Tuzla customs office, use of credit funds for highway construction, Bijedić's fate will largely depend on the statement of the suspected director of the Indirect Taxation Authority Kemal Čaušević, if that investigation still exists at all.

Vjekoslav Čamber - accused, but not convicted, for his tenure in West Herzegovina Canton, illegal hiring of advisors and spending tens of thousands of KM will not concern him.

Rusmir Mesihović – was more focused on his private business, which allowed him to acquire a new yacht several meters longer than the one he owned.

Branka Đurić – can only be at peace, she was so uninvolved in her work that she didn't even have the opportunity to break the law.

Adil Osmanović – could have problems explaining the realization of funds for sustainable return projects in the RS in the event of an investigation.

Sanjin Halimović – spending of budget funds, there are several investigations conducted by the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Bihać, accumulation of real estate during his tenure as mayor in Sanski Most continued with the purchase of an 112 square meter apartment in the center of Sarajevo without a loan, he received accommodation allowance because he registered in Sanski Most.

Salmir Kaplan – admitted that he received KM 600 for accommodation for years while owning an apartment in Sarajevo.

Damir Mašić – received an allowance of KM 600 for accommodation while owning an apartment in Sarajevo, they justified this by stating that the headquarters of their ministries are in Mostar.

Nermin Nikšić – has no housing problems, he liked a private building in Sarajevo so much that he moved 4 federal ministries into it and bought an apartment in the same building at a favorable price.

The list is still missing the name of Dragan Lukač.
