On Monday evening, around 20:20, police officers of the Department for Combating Drug Abuse of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton deprived K.A., born in 1978 in Sjenica, residing in Sarajevo, of his liberty due to production and sale of drugs, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
Based on an order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, a search was conducted of the house and accompanying premises used by him in Gornjevakufska Street, Novo Sarajevo municipality.
On that occasion, approximately 230 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug heroin, 4 digital scales, a certain amount of money most likely originating from drug resale, drug repackaging equipment, one pistol frame without ammunition, 6 small-caliber bullets, and 2 tablets marked “SUBOXONE” were found and seized.
After the completion of criminal processing, on January 20, 2015, K.A. will be handed over, along with a report on the committed criminal offenses, to the competent prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo.
