Prohan: No one was detained at the SBK Ministry of Internal Affairs, Zelkanović came on his own to say he is available to the police

A real drama unfolded today in front of the National Museum in Sarajevo, as about 60 students who had paid for a trip to Turkey with the agency Eme Tours did not depart this morning, writes the Patria news agency.

Namely, the owner of Eme Tours, Mujo Opardija, accused Alaga Zelkanović of taking the money that the students had given him. However, in a phone conversation with Patria, Zelkanović said that he did not have any money.

Opardija was at the KS Ministry of Internal Affairs, and after coming to the Museum, he said that Zelkanović had been detained at the SBK Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, Rusmir Prohan, spokesperson for the SBK Ministry of Internal Affairs, told Patria that no one was detained.

- Alaga Zelkanović came to the police station on his own to give a statement and to say that he is available to law enforcement agencies.

- We still do not have any report, and Zelkanović is available to us because he came to the Ministry of Internal Affairs premises on his own. Once we receive a report, we will act accordingly – Prohan said.

Otherwise, the students dispersed in front of the National Museum, and some of them took a criminal complaint to Travnik.

- We have made a list of all those who paid for this trip and we will wait for calls because we want our money back – Amra Č., one of the passengers who did not go on the planned trip, told us.

We remind you that Zelkanović previously told Patria that he had not run away anywhere, but that the son of Mujo Opardija, who is also the organizer, told him to go home.
