Professors at Sarajevo Faculty of Criminology Reduced Their Own Salaries to Hire Three Assistants

Professors at the Faculty of Criminology, Criminology and Security Studies in Sarajevo have reduced their own salaries to be able to hire three assistants, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

The three best students from this faculty, recipients of gold badges, got jobs thanks to their professors deciding to reward their efforts during their studies by giving them a chance to further professionally develop in their field.

Dean of the Faculty, Nedžad Korajlić, said that the management of this educational institution will continue to reward diligent students.

In addition to the three assistants, three trainees and five volunteers were also hired at the Faculty of Criminology, Criminology and Security Studies, and their employment was supported by the Federal Employment Bureau.

Director of the Institute for Criminology, Criminology and Security Studies, Muhamed Budimlić, said that the better the Faculty and the Institute are prepared to respond to the needs of society, the better the security situation in the country will be, writes NAP.
