Despite warnings and clear instructions from the Commander of the NATO HQ in BiH, General Giselle Wilz, that no member of the BiH Armed Forces should be present at the marking of the unconstitutional holiday of RS Day in Banja Luka today, the BiH Presidency Chairman Mladen Ivanić paraded members of the Third Infantry (Republika Srpska) Regiment of the BiH Armed Forces, writes Patria.
Ivanić, without the consent of the other two members of the BiH Presidency, Bakir Izetbegović and Dragan Čović, which he was required to have, brought members of the BiH Armed Forces from the Kozara barracks in Banja Luka and paraded them in Krajina Square.
After the report was submitted to him, Ivanić ordered a BiH Armed Forces captain that "the unit should remain in place until further notice.".
With this act, he disrupted the chain of command in the BiH Armed Forces and demonstrated in practice his statement from yesterday when he said that the members of the Third Regiment of the BiH Armed Forces were "his". General Wilz had already warned that if members of the BiH Armed Forces are in Banja Luka today, they must be sanctioned, and dismissals from service will follow.
In the photos circulating on social networks, even the flag of neighboring Serbia is visible, held by someone, accidentally or intentionally to send a message, alongside the paraded members of the Third Regiment of the BiH Armed Forces.

Ivanić received approval to parade members of the BiH Armed Forces from the Ministry of Defense of BiH, specifically, according to the statement of Minister Marina Pendeš (HDZ BiH), who is absent, the approval was signed by her deputy Sead Jusić (SBB).
Yesterday, Ivanić also abused his position as a member of the collective head of state, who is only entitled to an Honor Guard unit of the BiH Armed Forces.
The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić and the member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović must now seek the dismissal and criminal prosecution of all persons involved in undermining the constitutional and legal order of the state and the BiH Armed Forces, as well as undermining military and defense capabilities.
