Several individuals arrested in connection with Ostojić's murder, burnt car found

EAST SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska have completed, under the supervision of the Republican Public Prosecutor, the investigation at the scene where an unknown perpetrator committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder of an individual with initials M.O. (1989) from East Sarajevo last night. As already reported, thirty-year-old Miloš Ostojić was killed.

- Police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the MUP of RS, in cooperation with the Police Administration of East Sarajevo, have so far arrested a larger number of individuals in connection with this investigation who may be linked to the commission of this criminal offense. A criminal investigation of these individuals is underway. A burnt passenger motor vehicle, a "Golf 5", believed to be connected to the commission of this criminal offense, was found in the area of East New Sarajevo - it was announced by the MUP RS.

An unknown person on Tuesday evening around 11:05 PM in Karađorđeva Street in East New Sarajevo inflicted severe bodily injuries on an individual with initials M.O. using a firearm, who was then transported to the hospital where he died.

Also, in the area of Sarajevo Canton today, two individuals were intercepted in a car with Montenegrin license plates and placed under the supervision of the MUP KS pending handover to the MUP RS.
