Members of the Border Police of BiH and the Federal Police Administration conduct operational action Domino

(Patria) - In joint activities of police officers of the Border Police of BiH and the Federal Police Administration under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and according to orders of the Court of BiH, this morning in the area of Sarajevo, Visoko, Breza and Olovo, an operational action codenamed Domino is being carried out.

During the implementation of the said activities, searches are being conducted at several locations used by six suspects, citizens of BiH, with initials Đ.M. (1986.), B.M. (2002.), E.B. (1999.), N.D. (1985.), A.T. (1997.) and R.K. (1965.).

These individuals are suspected of having committed criminal offenses under Article 189a, paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH - Organizing a group or association for the commission of the criminal offense of migrant smuggling, in connection with the criminal offense under Article 189, paragraphs (2) and (4) of the Criminal Code of BiH - People smuggling, the criminal offense under Article 371, paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH - Illegal possession of weapons or explosive materials, and the criminal offense under Article 238, paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH - Unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs.
